Property location, what you need, and photos if you have them. Nothing about your request is shared publicly, and we do not broadcast your details to a list of contractors.

We check coverage
We confirm whether a reviewed local partner works your specific address, and which of our services they are equipped for. If we cannot cover you, we say so.

We price the job
Our partner quotes the work to us. We issue one CanopyLine quote with a written scope. You never negotiate with multiple competing crews, and we do not publish price ranges.

You approve in writing
Nothing is scheduled until you approve the scope and price. An inquiry is not a booked appointment.

The work is performed
The assigned independent local service partner performs the on-site work, following the approved scope.

We stay accountable
Scheduling, questions, follow-up, and payment all run through CanopyLine.
Questions about the model
Are the crews CanopyLine employees?
No. They are independent local tree-service businesses. We are not their employer and we are not a directory that sends you several competing quotes — we coordinate one accountable job.
How do you choose a partner?
We review company details, service coverage, capabilities, and insurance status before assigning work. A business that applies is not automatically approved.
Who do I pay?
You pay CanopyLine. We settle with the partner separately. Partner pricing and our commercial terms are not published.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
Contact us, not the crew. We handle the resolution because we are the party you contracted with.
