Our role
CanopyLine coordinates your tree service, with on-site work performed by independent local service partners. CanopyLine contracts with you for the agreed work and is your point of contact for estimates, scheduling, communication, and payment. Service partners are independent businesses and are not our employees.
Estimates and requests
Requesting an estimate is free. Submitting this form starts an estimate request. It is not a booked appointment or an accepted work order. We may need an on-site assessment before a price can be confirmed, and we may decline work that our partners cannot safely or lawfully complete.
Scope of work
The work we will perform is the work described in the written scope you approve. Anything not listed in that scope — including cleanup, haul-away, stump grinding, or restoration of the ground — is not included unless stated.
Service availability
Listing a city or region on this website does not guarantee that we can serve a specific property. Coverage is confirmed against the actual address before work is scheduled.
Permits and property access
Some work requires a municipal permit or is subject to tree-protection rules. We confirm the correct jurisdiction before scheduling. You are responsible for confirming you have authority to request work on the property and for providing safe access.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted per job in writing. We do not publish price ranges, starting prices, or automated estimates. Payment terms are set out in your quote.
Photographs and information you provide
You confirm that information and photographs you send are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Take photos only from a safe location. We do not provide hazard assessments or removal instructions remotely.
