CanopyLine coordinates residential tree services. CanopyLine coordinates your tree service, with on-site work performed by independent local service partners.

What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, property city, state and ZIP code, and the service you are asking about. You may also choose to provide an email address, street address, a description of the project, preferred contact method, timing, and photographs.

We also record basic technical information about your visit, such as the page you submitted from and the referring site. We do not place your name, address, or contact details into analytics events or page addresses.

Cookies & Tracking

This site uses Lovable's built-in analytics to count page visits and understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets a first-party session-id cookie to group page views from the same visit; the cookie lasts up to 30 minutes. The hosting service also sets a __dpl cookie to keep the site's deployed version consistent during a visit. We load Google Fonts to display the site's typefaces. The estimate form is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which uses browser storage for session history, a contact-session identifier, form events, approximate country, and attribution. Its form loads a Meta script library from connect.facebook.net, which contacts Meta to retrieve the script. Our GHL configuration has no Meta Pixel ID enabled; we did not observe a Meta pixel tracking request on initial form load. You can block or clear cookies and site data in browser settings, or block analytics requests with privacy settings or extensions; parts of the site may not work as expected.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm whether we can serve your address, prepare an estimate, arrange the work with an assigned service partner, and support you afterwards. We keep a record of the job and our communication with you.

Who we share it with

We share only what an assigned independent local service partner needs in order to quote and perform your job. We do not distribute your details to every contractor in your area, and we do not sell your information.

We use service providers to operate the website, store data securely, and manage customer communication on our behalf.

How we protect your information

Only people doing the job can access customer information. We store it securely with reputable providers. This site uses HTTPS. We do not post customer information or photos without permission.

Photographs you upload

Photos you send are stored privately and used to assess your project. We do not publish customer photographs on this website or anywhere else without separate, explicit permission.

Text messaging

If you check the box to consent, we will send you service-related text messages about your estimate, scheduling, and job updates. Consent to service-related texts is optional, unchecked by default, and not a condition of requesting an estimate or receiving service. We record the exact consent wording, its purpose, the time you gave it, and the page you gave it on. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Promotional messaging is disabled. Your mobile number and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete it.
