Storm work is unpredictable, so we handle it the same careful way as planned removals: review the photos and details, confirm what a partner can safely do, then give you a written scope before anything starts.
Please send photos taken from a safe spot on the ground. Do not climb, cut, or pull on anything to get a better angle.

Questions people ask
Is this a 24-hour emergency service?
No. We do not offer 24-hour emergency callout. Storm-damage requests are reviewed during our working hours and prioritised by risk, and we will tell you clearly when a partner can attend.
A tree is on my house or on a power line. What should I do?
Contact your utility provider or emergency services first. Do not approach the tree, and do not attempt to move limbs yourself. Take photos only from a safe distance on the ground.
Will insurance cover it?
That is between you and your insurer. We can provide a written scope and invoice for your claim, but we do not advise on coverage or negotiate with insurers.
Can you clear everything in one visit?
Sometimes. Fallen trees often hide damage and tension in the wood, so the scope may be staged. Anything not included in the first visit is set out in writing.
